SEAFOOD RISOTTO with SAMPHIRE, CUTTLEFISH & PRAWNS 🦐 paired with a beautiful cold LUGANA white wine…what a lunch!

This risotto was a bit of an experiment as we bought “Agretti (samphire) at the market the other day and we wanted to make something special with them. So this morning we went to the local fish shop to get GAMBERETTI & SEPPIA. Then we improvised a risotto with all these ingredients…and the result was AMAZING! Very delicate & a sophisticated taste of sea.
