Do you know when the say THINK BIG START SMALL? Well I think we literally followed this advice..maybe too much! Luca’s passion has always been cooking, especially yummy pizzas at home. After few years in UK, Luca decided to follow this passion for Italian food and share it with a wider audience. So back in July 2015 did the first event ever at the Granby Street Community Market, in the heart of Toxteth in Liverpool. With no professional experience in a kitchen and with no equipment, just with a domestic fryer and a cool box, Luca and Claire showed up at the market, where Theresa, the organiser provided them a table an a power supply…THAT’S ALL! OMG you should have seen the queue we had, mostly friends, almost overwhelming and unexpected. Feedback were great so we decided to do more events…We never stopped since!
