Yes we know we told this a few times, but once again with our Panzerotti dough you can also get outstanding bread or pizza. Whenever we have some dough left from an event we reshape it into balls so can have pizza parties at home. What makes it special isn’t within the ingredients which are the basics ones – FLOUR, WATER, YEAST, SALT; but it’s the slow proving process over 60/70 hours sometimes, allowing better texture and flavours explosion.
