OUR PANZEROTTI DOUGH IS MAGICAL

Did you know that our Panzerotti dough is very versatile? Whenever we have some dough left from an event we reshape it into balls so we have fun at home making outstanding bread or pizza. The secret isn’t within the ingredients which are the basics ones – FLOUR, WATER, YEAST, SALT; but it’s the slow proving process over 60/70 hours sometimes, allowing better texture and flavours explosion.
