A very colourful pizza night at home celebrating seasonal ingredients

We love think about pizza as a ‘plate’ where you can serve your favourite food from. Some people might think it’s a bit odd adding potato or broccoli or cabbage on a pizza, but we believe that if the base has been made and cooked properly, and toppings are well seasoned and combined with each other you can have infinite combinations. Nothing wrong with the classic Margherita, which is always the favourite, but exploring new toppings is just MORE EXCITING!
