DONUT DO THIS AT HOME‼️
INGREDIENTS
500g strong bread flour
55% whole milk
7g fresh yeast (2.5 dry yeast)
50g sugar
10g honey
75g butter
5g salt
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients apart from salt & butter > Add them after 5 mins; add salt first and then small pieces of butter one at a time > Knead it until smooth and not sticky > Let it prove at room temperature (20C° for 4 hours or until it doubles in size > With a rolling pin flatten it out until about 1 cm thickness > Cut them > Let them rise for another 2 hours at room temperature > Fry at 180C° until golden
