After completing few cooking sessions at one of the Riverside Housing accommodations, we have been asked to cater the Christmas Dinner for the residents of the hostel. With their precious help we prepared on site a lot of tasty food, from classic Italian antipasti to Lasagna, chicken skewers, mix veggies, posh salads and few dessert options. WHAT A PARTY!
The residents of the hostel are people coming from different disadvantaged backgrounds, more often foreigners, asylum seekers, with no family support. This represented a great opportunity to be happy and celebrate all together Christmas. Here is a collection of all the food we produced…and eaten of course!
