During our trip to Rome visiting some of the best bakeries, such as BONCI or pizzerias, such as SEU ILLUMINATI gave us loads of ideas. Our first pizzas back at home were a triumph. Very light dough with posh and unusual toppings.
What about fennel cream, potato shavings, smoked salmon, pink peppercorn?
Or what about mushroom cream, mozzarella, smoked cheese, whiskey sautéed sausage, porcini mushroom and fresh parsley?
