A food journey through senses, structures, tradition, innovation and genius..GRAZIE ROMA!

Do you remember that magic night at the Italian Awards 2018 when we won as Best Newcomer? That same night we also won a trip to Rome! So lucky and so chuffed about this! It wasn’t our first time to Rome, but when in Rome you have so much good food to try that it’s always exciting coming back! We spent hours walking around the Italian capital visiting all our favourites food places, while discovering also new amazing ones. We experienced some of the bst glorious pizzas, pastas, panini & docile that Rome has to offer. Our first stop was tat he famous indoor street food market Mercato Centrale. Perched right within the Roma Termini train station, it brings some of the most authentic and traditional food in an amazing setting. It’s a pretty new (and totally hunger-inducing) spot that’s gotta be on your foodie trail in Rome.

Best of all, they serve up some pretty epic food that we love, such as Pane & Pizza from BONCI, or amazing artisan Gelato, or the famous pizza pocket filled with heavenly sauces from TRAPIZZINO, or Gourmet style Neapolitan pizza from SEU…It’s just heaven! Then we went down to another legend in Rome – Ivo in Trastevere for the traditional roman style pizza, very thin and all crunchy! We also had to pay a visit also to another amazing Boulangerie Pasticceria bakery that we follow on Instagram – Le Levain for outstanding both sweet and savoury treats! Here is for you just a small collection of some of the food we had.

Our favourite activity…eating around streets in Rome!
