If you have been following us for a while you should already know that our Panzerotti dough is very versatile! in fact you can get prefect loaves of bread and crunchy pizza bases too. Do you know why? The secret is to use only four ingredients – flour, water, salt and a tiny amount of fresh yeast; and we prefer slow over long fermentations to develop further taste and texture! Can’t wait for when we will have our own small bakery in Smithdown Road so you can enjoy this beautiful fresh bread every day.
