During one of our last event of the year we bought a very special pork sausage – with CHESTNUTS – from another food trader (Savin Hill Farm). This was what inspired us to create a very special pizza for a very special occasion, such as Christmas. We made this luxurious pizza al taglio using our slowly fermented pizza dough, then added small raw pieces of sausage all over the base, cooked for about 8 mins at 250C°, then we topped it up with a FRIED ONION & RAISINS PESTO, cooked for further couple minutes. When out we sprinkled fish parsley for some colour and extra freshness. A very festive pizza perfect for you Christmas party!
