FRITTO MISTO! If only a plate of food can transport you back on holiday?!

Well with Fritto you can šŸ˜œ. In the morning you prepare a very light batter using plain flour (170g), one egg and sparkling water (200g) and put it in the fridge for few hours. Chop your favourite veggies, we have used red onions, chestnut mushrooms, courgettes, courgette flowers, but you can use your favourites. You can add some seafood to make it super special.
